FUNERAL WAS HELD FRIDAY

MRS. O. J. OLSON BURIED BESIDE HUSBAND IN ROLAND CEMETERY

Funeral services were held here Friday afternoon for Mrs. O. J. Olson, an old resident of this community, at the Mrs. Ellen Lura home and at Salem church, Rev. G. O. Paulsrud of Randall officiating assisted by the local pastor, Rev. Olaf Holen. Interment was in the Roland cemetery by the side of her husband who died February 13, 1931.

Music at the funeral was furnished by a ladies quartet composed of Mrs. M. M. Eggland, Mrs. O. S. Boyd, Mrs. Cyrus Thompson and Miss Inga Lura. The pall bearers were the same ones who served at the funeral of Mr. Olson, being sons of their former neighbors. They were I. M. Cole, E. B. Christian, S. T. Larson, M. C. Hemnes, L. J. Ritland and H. E. Evenson.

Mrs. Olson died October 3 at the home of her daughter, Mr. and Mrs. George Norbeck, at Redfield, S. D., where she had made her home the last few years. We expect to ahve a complete obituary in a later issue.
