In Memoriam.

Eirat A. Carpenter, wife of James T. Carpenter, died May 12th 1880, aged 30 years 1 month and 24 days.

She was the daughter of Calvin and B. Foster and leaves a husband and one boy aged 7 years. She will be deeply mourned by her friends. She was a kind, dutiful and loving daughter and true wife and mother, quiet and retiring in her manners, never desiring to be more than her own true self.

We as a family wish to return our heartfelt thanks with sincere gratitude to our friends and neighbors for their kindness to us in our deep affliction and especially to Dr.s Boggess and Scott and to the choir.
