George W. Brown, of near Gilbert, was accidentally killed last Wednesday, by getting caught in a belt on a gasoline engine connected with a corn sheller. His arm and leg were broken and he was otherwise bruised up. He lived only three hours after the accident occurred.
He leaves a wife and several grownup children, his wife being a daughter of Mrs. W. R. Doolittle of this place. The accident is a most sad affair and the bereaved ones will be extended the sympathy of a large circle of friends.
