An Old Citizen Gone

Mr. E. B. Fenn, for nearly twenty-five years a citizen of Iowa Center, died on Monday last and funeral services are held to-day from the Presbyterian Church in this place, at eleven o'clock, attended with Masonic honors. Father Fenn as he was familiarly called, was not far from 75 years of age, was a native of New York where he spend the best years of his life as an editor of different newspapers in Delaware and adjoining counties, and was for a short time a resident of Jefferson, Schoharie county, the vicinity in which the writer spent his youthful days. He leaves a wife and three children, Mr. E. D. Fenn, Mrs. E. B. Potter and Mrs. M. D. Sheldon to mourn his loss.
