Juanita Arlene Carver, 91, died peacefully in her sleep Thursday, Jan. 7, 2010. Cremation has taken place. Services will be held Friday, Jan. 22, at 2 p.m. at Jehovah’s Witnesses’ Kingdom Hall, 23048 590th Ave., Nevada.

She was born Nov. 7, 1918, to Wesley Allen and Emma Fisher Deal. She was a proud lifelong Iowa resident, save the last three years in Kansas. She enjoyed farm life and gardening. She loved nothing more than being surrounded by all her family.

She is survived by three daughters and their husbands, Charlene (Dale) Jarboe, of Iowa, Ellen (Lyle) Herwehe, of Wisconsin, and Marsha (Rick) Hogan, of Kansas; a son-in-law, Harold Donald, of Iowa; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband, Clifton Carver; son, Dennis Curley; and daughter, Lynda Donald.
