THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Friday, November 27, 2009.

William “Bill” James Gilliam III, 67, of Boone, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2009. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Monday, Nov. 30, at First United Methodist Church, 703 Arden St., Boone. Interment will be in Boone Memorial Gardens, Boone.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, at Walter-Schroeder Funeral Home at Fifth and Story streets in Boone, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue Monday, Nov. 30, at the church from 8:30 a.m. until the service.

Memorials may be given to the family, to be used at their discretion.

Walter-Schroeder Funeral Home in Boone is in charge of the arrangements.
