DIED

In Nevada township, Feb. 24th, 1878, of heart disease after an illness of three days, Mrs. Margret Barrett, Mother of J. T. Barrett & Bros. aged 56 years.

The deceased was a devoted christian and one of the best women, was a native of the state of Ohio and has resided in Story county for about twelve years. Her remains were deposited in the Nevada Cemetery on Monday last by a large circle of friends and acquaintances. Her family receive our warmest sympathies.
