Young Collins Woman Is Dead

COLLINS—Hazel Lucille Atkinson, 21, died early Tuesday morning in an Ottumwa sanatorium where she had been taken for treatment of lung trouble on July 24.

Miss Atkinson, the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Atkinson of Collins, graduated from the Collins high school in 1933. Since that time she had been employed in Cedar Rapids.

Surviving her are her parents, four brothers, Carl, Earl of Waterloo, Dale of Malvern, and Lowell of Collins; sisters, Ruth, Mildred, Doris and Mae.

Funeral arrangements have not yet been made.
