THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Friday, April 17, 2009.

Catherine Elaine Wempe, 82, died Saturday, April 11, 2009, at Israel Family House Hospice in Ames. A vigil was Tuesday, April 14, at Hastings Funeral Home in Perry. Mass of Christian burial was Wednesday, April 15, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Perry. Burial was in Violet Hill Cemetery. Lunch and fellowship followed in St. Patrick School Gym.
