THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Tuesday, April 7, 2009.

Claude Warren Peavey Jr., 91, of Nevada, formerly of Maxwell, died Sunday, April 5, 2009, at Story County Long Term Care. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, at Chet Ryan Mortuary and Cremation Services, 708 Fifth St., in Nevada. Burial will be at a later date in Maxwell Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the mortuary.

Memorials may be given to the Collins-Maxwell Community schools in his memory.

Chet Ryan Mortuary and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
