AMES DAILY TRIBUNE AND TIMES, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Friday, February 21, 1936.

GEORGE BLINK OF NEVADA DIES FRI.

NEVADA — George Blink, 77, died at his home Friday morning after an illness of two weeks. Death was caused by apoplexy.

While definite funeral arrangements had not been made Saturday morning, services are expected to be held Monday morning from St Patrick's Catholic church in Nevada. Burial is to be in the St. Joseph cemetery at Rhodes. One son, Joseph Blink of Wilmont, S. D., has been unable to reach Nevada because of blockaded roads and ararngements are pending word from him.

Mr. and Mrs. Blink have been residents of Nevada for the past 16 years, coming here from Marshalltown.

Surviving besides his wife are three sons, Charles of Scranton, Joseph of Wilmont, S. D., and Clarence of Fort Dodge and three daughters, Mrs. Walter Delahoyde of Dawson, Mrs. Frank Bence of Bondurant and Mrs. A. L. Schaap of Bowdle, S. D.
