THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Sunday, December 7, 2008.

Horace Holmgaard, 89, of Ackley, died Friday, Dec. 5, 2008, at his home. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Monday, Dec. 8, at St. John's United Church of Christ in Ackley with the Rev. David Boogerd officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Ackley. A time of visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, at Linn's Funeral Homes Ackley Chapel.
