JOHN TODY, 34 DIES AT SLATER HOME THU.

SLATER—John Tody,34, died at his home here Thursday morning following a brief illness with influenza and pneumonia. He bad been a resident of this place for the past six years having been employed in the mines near Madrid.

He is a native of Centerville and son of Mr. and Mrs. John Tody of that place. Surviving besides his wife and parents are nine brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 10 o'clock from St. Marys church at Centerville. Burial will be in the cemetery there.
