Stephen Moore Cooper, 89, died Wednesday, Oct. 29, in Sarasota, Fla. He was born Nov. 25, 1918, in Maxwell. Services were Monday, Nov. 3, at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home in Sarasota, Fla.
