Mildred Josephine Zmolek, 86, of Toledo, died Monday, Oct. 20, 2008, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, Minn. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 24 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 900 Park St., in Tama. Interment will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Tama.

Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Tama, with a vigil service at 7 p.m.

A memorial fund has been established.

Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home of Tama-Toledo is handling the arrangements.
