AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Tuesday, August 19, 2008.

Ruth Joan Hofmeister, 84, of Ackley, died Friday, Aug. 15, at Muse Norris House in Mason City. Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, at St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Geneva. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, at the Linn's Funeral Home in Ackley, phone (641) 847-2569.

Memorials may be directed to St. Peter's United Church of Christ or to North Iowa Hospice.
