T. H. BAMFORD DIES AT HOME IN BOONE

T. H. Bamford, 76 years old, father of Mrs. C. S. Bates of 123 South Oak avenue, died Tuesday morning at his home in Boone.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 1:30 at the Christian church in Boone, and will be conducted by the Rev. Mr. Recar of Sheffield, formerly pastor at Zenorsville.

Mr. Bamford, a native of Scotland, came to the country when 18 years old. His wife died in 1934, but he is survived by 12 children, Mrs. Frank Miller, Mrs. Edwward Crouthamel, Mrs. J. H. Madden, Mrs. Allen Wolfe, Charles, Robert, and James of Boone, Mrs. Bates and Mrs. John Walters of Ames, William and Elmer of Marshall, Minn., and Lee of Tacoma, Wash.
