J. M. Christian died Sunday

J. Marion Christian, 69, Colo, died Sunday morning at Mary Greeley Hospital.

Services are Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. from the United Methodist Church in Colo with the Rev. James Louke officiating. Burial is in the Colo Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Brouhard Funeral Home in Zearing until time of service.

Mr. Christian was born May 7. 1904 in Nevada, the son of John M. and Helen Christian. He married Ruby Buttry on Jan. 28, 1938 in Bowling Green, Ohio. He retired from the Highway Commission in 1972.

Survivors include his wife. Ruby, Colo; two sons, John Mark, Chatsworth, Calif, and James Wayne. Colo; a brother, Hansell Christian, Colo: six sisters, Mrs. June Lock. Roland, Mrs. Olive Borwick, Roland, Mrs. Francis Holland. Roland: Mrs. Cleo Cecil. Gardena. Calif., Mrs. Ruby Freeman. Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Arlet Smith. Dolton. Ill.
