Harriett "Jean" Welshons, 87, died Thursday, July 31, 2008, at Providence House in South Bend, Ind. A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 11, at the McGann Hay University Chapel, 2313 E. Edison Road, in South Bend, Ind.
