Gladyce R. Warren, 81, of Ames, died today, Jan. 22, 1982, at Riverside Manor in Ames.
She was born June 2, 1900 in Cambredge. On Feb. 2, 1922, she married Raymond Warren.
The couple farmed near Nevada from 1930 until they retired to Ames in 1967, Mrs. Warren was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Ames.
She is survived by a son, Dr. Richard Warren of Ames; two daughters, Juanita Behm of Buckner, Ill. and Ruth Paulsen of Rensselaer, Ind.; 11 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one son, John, two brothers and four sisters.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Jan. 25, at 1:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, Ames, with Pastors John Moore and Cecil Wells officiating. Burial will be in the White Oak Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Stevens Memorial Chapel, Ames, Sunday from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday. The family will meet friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
