Winifred Neasham, 91 of San Marcos, California died on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Silvergate Senior Living. Funeral services will be 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, November 17 at Chet Ryan Mortuary and Cremation Services with Pastor Steve Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Nevada Municipal Cemetery.

Winifred was born on February 9, 1916 in Conrad, Iowa to Frederick L. and Edna (Wheeler) Younker. On June 29, 1935, she married Leo Neasham in Nevada. Winifred was a homemaker. Winifred's passion was ball room dancing and she danced until she was 90. She also enjoyed playing tennis and golf.

Winifred is survived by 2 sons, Fred (Patricia) Neasham and Jack Neasham, both of Tucson, AZ; a daughter, Mary Ann (Jack) Roberts of Escondido, CA; 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Winifred was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Leo on June 4, 1995, a daughter Diana Brittain in December of 1994, a son Richard Neasham, and 2 sisters Jeanette and Darlene.

A memorial fund has been established in Winfred's name.

Chet Ryan Mortuary and Cremation Services have been entrusted with Winifred and her family.
