Mark "Max" Maxwell, 45, of Urbandale died Thursday, Sept. 13, at Broadlawns Hospital in Des Moines. Services were held Sunday, Sept. 16, in Urbandale with a Celebration of Life following.

Bacon Funeral Home and Crematory was in charge of arrangements.
