Janet J. Miller, age 73, of Columbus, Ohio, died Thursday, July 27, 2006 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus, .Ohio. Services were held Monday, July 31, 2006 at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, Ohio at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. William L. Snider officiating. Interment was at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens in Canal Winchester. Janet J. Miller was born Feb. 18, 1933 in Sparta, Wisconsn to the late Earl W. and Daisy (Slater) Nichols. She was retired from the Ohio BMV.

Survivors include her children, Donna (David) Hert of Columbus, Ohio, William (Chuly) Miller of California, Karen (Mark) Blakley of Tennessee, Patti (Todd) Thorson of Story City, Iowa, Timothy (Lori) Miller of Galloway, Ohio, Brenda Balasico of Columbus, Ohio; 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; a brother, Kenneth (Gladys) Nichols; sister, Ivanell Brown, and several nieces and nephews.
