THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Saturday, July 14, 2007.

Oliver "Ollie" E. Berg, 83, of Jewell, died Thursday, July 12, at Hamilton County Hospital in Webster City. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, July 16, at Grace United Methodist Church in Story City. Burial will follow in the Story City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, July 15, at Grace United Methodist Church.

Ollie is survived by his wife, Leota, of Jewell; three daughters, Marilyn (Bill) Fulkerson, of Ames, Colleen (Jon) Bark, of Nevada, and Angela (Brent) Torgeson, of Story City; one sister, Ilene Eittreim, of Ellsworth; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Grace United Methodist Church or the Hamilton County Hospital.

Soderstrum Funeral Home in Story City has been entrusted with the arrangements
