Wayne Richard Morgan, 65, of Roland, died May 15, at his home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 17, at Salem Lutheran Church in Roland. Burial will be in Roland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, at Salem Lutheran Church.

Soderstrum Funeral Home in Roland is in charge of arrangements.

Wayne Richard Morgan, 65, of Roland, died Tuesday, May 15, at home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 17, at Salem Lutheran Church in Roland. Burial will be in Roland Cemetery.

Wayne Richard Morgan was born June 24, 1941, in Roland, to Richard and Violette (Jacobson) Morgan. He was a lifetime resident of the Roland area and was baptized and confirmed at Salem Lutheran Church in Roland. He worked as a medical courier for Lab Corp. of America. He married Laura Uitermarkt June 24, 1988. He enjoyed hunting and greyhound dogs.

He is survived by his wife, Laura, of Roland; his father, Richard Morgan, of Roland; three sons, Robb (Belinda) Morgan, of Radcliffe, Chris Morgan, of Roland, and Brandon Morgan, of Roland; one daughter, LeaAnn (Matt) White, of Virginia; two sisters, Charlene Matheny, of Cedarburg, Wis., and Patty Miller, of Miami Beach, Fla.; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother and an infant son, Nicolas Morgan.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 tonight at Salem Lutheran Church.
