Clarence Everett Johnson died Friday, April 6, in Trapper Creek, Alaska. Services are pending. Burial will be in Trapper Creek, Alaska.

Clarence Everett Johnson was born Dec. 25, 1928, in Toledo (Tama), to George and Alice Johnson. He graduated from Ames High School in 1947. He served in the U.S. Army in Alaska. He was employed by C and NW Railway and the U.S. Post Office while he lived in Ames.

He is survived by one brother, Jerry Johnson, of Ames.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Norma Harris.
