THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Saturday, April 7, 2007.

Abel M. Bolanos, 19, of Rolling Meadows, Ill., died Tuesday, April 3, in Ames. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 9, at St. Colette Church in Rolling Meadows. Interment will be in St. Michael Cemetery in Palatine, Ill.

Abel M. Bolanos was born May 26, 1987, in Mexico, to Abel A. and Maria Bolanos. He was a 2005 graduate of Rolling Meadows High School and a sophomore at Iowa State University.

Survivors include his parents and sisters, Marivelle (Jacob N. Witver) and Jasmin X. Bolanos.

Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, April 8, at The Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows, Ill.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Colette Church.
