THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Saturday, December 16, 2006.

A. Craig Henderson, 58, of rural Story City, died at his home on Thursday, Dec. 14.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 18, at Elim Lutheran Church in Randall. Burial will be in Mamrelund Cemetery near Randall.

Craig was born June 3, 1948 in Jewell to Curtis M. and Norma J. (Ford) Henderson. He married Neva Anderson Jan. 23, 1971, near Jewell. He resided in the Randall area all his life, worked as a farmer and was a member of Elim Lutheran Church in Randall, currently serving on the Deacon board.

Survivors include his wife, Neva, of rural Story City; two daughters, Cari (Lloyd) Larsen, of Eden Prairie, Minn., and Jenny (Gregory) Schulz of Atlanta; one son, Mark Henderson, of rural Jewell; one sister, Rosemary (Dale) Kinne of Mankato, Minn.; two brothers, Steve (Becky) Henderson of Fairfax, Minn. and William (Patricia) Henderson of rural Story City; two granddaughters, Faith and Caroline Larsen, and one step-granddaughter, Haleigh Larsen.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a step-father, Harris Hanson.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. today at Soderstrum Funeral Home in Story City.

Memorials may go to Elim Lutheran Church in Randall, South Hamilton Community Schools, Saint Jude's Children's Hospital or to the charity of your choice.
