Richard Dean Haynes

Richard Dean Haynes, 48 of Nevada died on Wednesday, September 27, 2006 at the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames. Memorial services were held on Saturday, September 30 at Chet Ryan Mortuary with Pastor Brice Hughes officiating. Burial followed in the Nevada Municipal Cemetery.

Richard was born on March 31, 1958 in Nevada to Bernard L. and Genevieve (Smith) Haynes. He was employed by Donnelley Marketing and recently at Mom's Meals. Richard enjoyed fishing, playing pool and helping with his friend's race cars.

Richard is survived by his mother, Genevieve Haynes; his sister, Sherri (Harv Jr.) Bainter, both of Nevada; niece, Rickie Bainter and 3 nephews, Harvey III, Jason, and Jacob Bainter; and 2 great nieces and 7 great nephews.

Richard was preceded in death by his father, Bernard Haynes on October 18, 1992.

A memorial fund has been established.

Chet Ryan Mortuary in Nevada was entrusted with Richard's arrangements.
