DIED.-Thursday morning at her home south-east of Roland, Mrs. Aagie Amdall, aged 37 years. Mrs. Amdalls maiden name was Miss Aagie Bakka, a daughter of our esteemed fellow citizen, Mr. O. Bakka. She was married in 1880 to Mr. Ove Amdall, to which union seven children were born. Mrs. Amdall was a loving wife and mother and a true friend and neighbor. The funeral services were held Friday afternoon at the west church by Rev. Smedal, and were attended by a large concourse of friends eager to gaze on the earthly remains of their beloved friend and neighbor. The family have the sympathy of all in this, their hour of sad bereavement.

Through a misunderstanding we failed to get all the names correct in the obituary of Mrs. Ove G. Amdal, which we published last week. This week we publish the matter in a corrected form.
Mrs. Agatha Barke, a daughter of our esteemed citizen Mr. O. J. Barke, was born in Norway on April 31st, 1859. In 1871, she came with her father's family to Howard township. March 17th, 1880, she was married to Mr. Ove G. Amdal. Mr. Amdal is one of our substantial farmer citizens who has lived near this city for the past twenty-two years. To this union eight children were born. The eldest died at the tender age of nine months.
She died Tuesday morning, at her home south-east of Roland, after a lingering illness. The funeral was held Friday, Jan. 8th, at noon by Pastor Smedal, at Bergen church, after which the remains were interred in the Roland cemetery.
Mrs. Amdal was a loving and dutiful mother and a true and affectionate wife. A consistent christian and one who was ever dutiful to her religious views. A husband and seven children are left to morn her loss. Besides these she leaves parents and two sisters and two brothers. One sister, Mrs. A. A. Oleson, resides near Roland, whie Mrs. B. M. Rasmusson, resides at Des Moines. The two brothers O. J. and Nartin, live at Fergus Falls, Minn.
