In 1895, Mr. and Mrs. O'Donnell retired from their farm and moved into the new house which they built in East Colo. They moved in with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Jas. McCoy, about 4 years ago. It was here that Mrs. O'Donnell passed away on Sunday morning, January 24, 1915, aged 87 years, 3 months, and 21 days. She leaves to mourn their loss her aged husband with whom she traveled life's road for so many years through sunshine and shadow, two sons, James and Martin B. O'Donnell and two daughters, Mrs. Sarah (James) McCoy and Mrs. Anna (Thomas) Dolan. Interment was made at St. James Cemetery, Colo.
