John Mol Obituary
MOL - John Leonard Mol, aged 70, a humble servant of God, went to be with his Lord and Savior on February 21, 2004. He was surrounded by the loving arms of his family. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jacob Mol and son-in-law, Gary Senn. He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of 51 years, Delores (Bowman); his children, Darlene Senn (the late Gary Senn), John (Joanne), Mark (Shelley), Lisa (Bob) O'Callaghan; grandchildren, Alisha, Eric, Sarah and Amber Mol, Mark (Nikki) Mol, Kyle Mol, Joseph (fiancŽe Nikki Marckini) Mol, Jamie Senn, Erin (Chris) Hoekema, Jason (Rachel) O'Callaghan, and Tommy O'Callaghan; great-grandchildren, Jaden Rittenhouse, Kylie Mol, Gracie, Aubrey and Charlie Hoekema. Also surviving are his brother, Leonard (Peggy) Mol; sisters, Lois (the late Jacob Mol), Marge (Bob) Courtright; sister-in-law, Marlene (Rob) Hoekstra; and many nieces and nephews. John was a veteran of the Korean War. He helped to glorify God's Kingdom by serving as an elder and active member of Fair Haven Ministries, a volunteer for special Ministries for handicapped and special needs children, Meals on Wheels, and International Aid. John will be sadly missed by all of the lives he touched and his sincere desire to do God's work. He was an excellent example of Human compassion and a willingness to witness to the great testimony of God's Love. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday at Fair Haven Ministries, with Rev. Gary VanKoevering officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at the Cook Funeral Home, Jenison, 1889 Baldwin.
