Gerrit Terpstra, living near Hull, died Saturday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Wierda, at the age of 84 years. The remains were brought to Orange City and funeral services were held in the Chr. Ref. church on Monday afternoon, after which burial took place in the cemetery here.

1910 census Gerrit Terpstra was 77 years born about 1833 Holland, He came to USA in 1892. He was a widower, and father in law to the head of household Bouke Wierda 46 and Wife Trijntje 46 .
