Alton Democrat of Jan 2, 1915 Rev. Schultz of Middleburg has passed away. He had been suffering for some time with dropsy and heart trouble. A great number of people from here attended the funeral.

On Tuesday evening at 10 o'clock Rev. J. H. Schultz died at the age of 62 years. The deceased was pastor of the Chr. Ref. Church in Middleburg. He has been ill for quite some time and his death is not unexpected. It is not yet possible to say with certainty when the funeral will take place, but probably on Saturday

Children Ida Schultz 1886, George Schutlz 1888-1948, Sina 1890, Johannah Schultz 1895-1939 and John Henry Schultz 1896-1980.
