Research note: Although this family lived in Hawaii according to a family report on ancestry.com by others, having the correct names for parents according to the death record, would indicate they were possibly in Iowa at the time of the baby’s death. The mother in this family report was Johann Rouwenhorst born 5 May 1879 at Orange City IA she died 9 Feb 1978 Rhode Island. Stanley Livingston born 20 Jun 1876 Quincy OH died 12 Oct 1959 Honolulu Hawaii. This baby is not listed in the children on the report.
