Research Note: From a report on ancestry.com (by others) William Fredrick Rapper born 19 Nov 1877 Germany died 4 Jan 1967 Wheaton MN. Wife Mary Johanna Dilly 1879-1949. There were three children listed Carrie 1906, Gary 1907 and Leona Luetta Rappe 1909-1988. No mention of this child Russell.
