An article in the May 6th issue of the Ireton Weekly ledger Mrs. Henry Schedhaus who has been seriously ill with pneumonia and other complication during the past week is improving slowly. The next weeks issue appears to be missing.

Died May 6, 1904 Ireton IA. Children listed were – Christina 1897, Alvina 1898-1978, Louise 1899-1994 and Kathryn 1904-1975. Believed to have lost son child in infancy also.
