Roggen, Mrs. Maartje (Mrs. Gerrit) 74, of Middleburg

Today, June 2nd, it pleased the Lord from our midst to our dear and unforgettable mother. Maartje Roggen born Schaap, in the blessed age of 74 years and 2 months. Sorrowful were her last days, but underneath it all her eyes her faith was clear to her last eye, and neither did she desire but appear patient and submissive at the moment to be dissolved and to be with her Jesus; so that, though with a wounded heart, we can stare joyfully at her in the hope of a blessed reunion where there will be no more separation. Also on behalf of the Children, Spouses and grandchildren, Arie Roggen, Alida Roggen Swart, Jan Muyskens -Tetje Muyskens Roggen. We hereby express our gratitude to friends and neighbors and all those who have so faithfully assisted in the illness and death of our mother with advice and deeds. In the name of the family. A. R.
