Died in Meservy in this state the wife of Gerrit Noteboom, born. Van Duin, in addition to her husband she leaves an 18 year old daughter. Mrs. Klaas Vander Stoep and Arie and Izak Noteboom attended the funeral.

A family report on ancestry.com lists Gerrit P. Noteboom born 1 Jan 1856 Pella IA died 29 Apr 1932 Sioux Center IA, wife Johanna Ver Duin 1861 MI died 1899, she was daughter of Peter Ver Duin and Dingena Versteeg. One daughter listed as Maria Noteboom born 11 Oct 1880 SD died 1948 Sioux Center IA.
