Translated:
On the 10th of February, at 2 o'clock in the morning, my beloved wife and mother caring for the children, Ange Annes Jepma, died at the age of 54 years, after a long and grievous suffering. She was always patient, hoping and trusting for a better life. It was also best for her to be dissolved and just Christ. We are deeply saddened, but not as those who have no hope. We hope to see her again in those good regions where no more tears are shed, and where all joy will be forever and ever. Also on behalf of Family and Children Hull IA H. Ypma

Henry Ypma died at the home of his daughter Mrs. Jake VerSuis, Sunday evening last, of old age, being 74 years and 3 months. Mr. Ypma was born in the province of Friesland Netherlands, and came to this country many years ago. The funeral was held yesterday from the house at 12 o’clock and from the church at 12:45 conducted by Rev. DeJong of the First Reformed church. We e understand that he was also the father of Mrs. John DeVries. The Index sympathizes with the bereaved relatives.

Died 10 Feb 1893 Hull, Iowa. She was the daughter of Anne Kornelis Jepma 1798-1873 and Styntje Dirks Dykstra 1800-1875 Children listed were Giltje Ypma 1866, Christina Ypma 1868-1926, Yke Ypma 1876 and Ypkje Ypma.
