About 3 o'clock this morning our parents' hearts were most affected, as it pleased the Lord to take away our elder daughter, of eleven years old, from us. This loss is very difficult for us; but we have some boldness to believe that the Lord has taken her to Himself, and has delivered her from all the sorrows of the world. Which the last days of her life were also her share. Prepare this dying with us, so that we too can die together with the consciousness of being washed by the blood of the cross, which cleanses from all sins. J.
