Verleden Zaterdag overleed de baby van Mr. and Mrs. D. Kruizenga; de begrafenis had Maandag plaats. Onze sympathie is met de ouders.
Translated:
Last Saturday the baby of Mr. and Mrs. D. Kruizenga; the funeral took place on Monday. Our sympathy is with the parents.

See the obit of Dirk Sr. 1856-1944, and that of Dina Werkman, Mrs. Dirk Kruizenga 1857-1923 No mention in either obit of this baby.

In the membership records of the First Ref Church of Sioux Center the family is listed, the ninth child Hermina was born 17 Jun 1900 and died 24 Aug 1901.
