Hubers, Mary nee Klein Mrs. John 1865-1897 buried Sioux Center.

Mrs. Hubers who had been sick with typhoid fever, died Friday. She leaves a husband and a little baby of a couple weeks

The funeral took place Saturday form the True Reformed church.

From the 1900 census Could be John Hubers born Dec 1862 Holland lived in Welcome Sioux Iowa he had been married one year to Sophia Vander Wilt Dec 1861. There were Vander Wilt children and two Hubers children Cora 10 and Henry 8.

From a family report on ancestry.com (by others) John Hubers was born 29 Dec 1862 and died 27 Dec 1845 Grand Rapids MI, he was first married to Mary Klein born 1865 Pella IA and died Jul 1896 (actually it was in the newspapers as died 1897) John and Mary were married 1886 in South Dakota. They were the parents of Dena 1888-1981, Cornelia Cora 1890-1976 and Henry J. 1892-1986, no mention of the babe that was a couple weeks old at the time of her death.

Her parents were John (abt 1820) and Cornelia abt (1830) Cline (Klein) living in Sioux Co. in 1870 census. John was 49, Cornelia was39, Cornelius was 6, Mary was 4, Archie was 3 and John was 2. Children all born in IA.

1880 census Johanus Klein was 56, Cornillia was 42, Cornelia 16, Mary 14, Aartje 12, John 11.

Johannes Klein born 1824 died 24 Jul 1909 Sioux Center and Conelia De Velder born 1838 died 15 Dec 1922 Sioux Center.
