Saturday passed away in her home 2 miles southwest of Perkins Mrs. Egbert Veltkamp, 53 years old. The funeral took place Tuesday afternoon in the Reformed Church, here, where the service was led by Rev. A. W. De Jonge. Mr. and Mrs. Velkamp and their children emigrated here from Kampen, the Netherlands, only a good year ago. The mother has had wonderful healthy days in America, while she has suffered from kidney trouble for a long time. In addition to the husband, six children lament the death of the loving wife and mother.
