This infant is believed to be the son of Joost Ver Doorn born Oct 1867 Holland, they came in 1896, his wife was Trintje (Vink) born May 1870 Holland, married 1892 Holland. Thier children listed in the 1900 census of Lincoln Tsp, Sioux County were – Jennie 7, Henry 4, Emma 3, Artie 1 and John 3 months born Feb 1900.

No obit was found in the papers of the day.

Joost's parents were Hendrik Verdoorn and Ijmertje Roubos and Teuntje's parents were Arie Corneliszn Vink and Jenneke Kind. Married 12 May 1892 in Woudrichem, Noord Brabants Netherlands.

Both Joost and his wife Teuntje must have gone back to the Netherlands as found their death records.

According to ancestry.com search Joost Verdoorn died 16 Jan 1946 Woudrichem Netherlands. His wife Teuntje died 22 Dec 1951 in Woudrichem Noord Brabants Netherlands.
