Iowa deaths lists Anna Van der Kooi born 7 Sep 1910 IA died 12 Apr 1911 Grant Tsp Matlock IA parents W. Van der Kooi and Jebsehe Roorda. Birth record lists parents as Wilhem Vander Kooi and Getsche Roorda.

Research note: Willem ‘William’ Binnes Vander Kooi born 19 Aug 1888 Hennaard, Friesland Nether died 6 Mar 1954 Artesia CA. His wife was Jetske Jessie Roorda 1884-1951. Their children included the Anna here in noted, Anna 1910-1911, Anna 1911, 1948, Cornelia 1913, Agnes 1915, Charles 1917, Benjamin 1919, Josephine 1921, Ruth 1924, Clarence 1927 and possibly one more. The family left the Matlock area and moved to SW Minnesota area. By 1950s they were living in CA.
