Mrs. Vander Sanden Died suddenly.
Mrs. Arthur Vander Sanden died suddenly Saturday morning, January 8, from heart Trouble. She was in her usual health Friday, but was taken sick that night. A doctor was called and he advised that she be taken to a hospital at once. While Mr. Vander Sanden was after an ambulance she died.

Mrs. Vander Sanden was born at Ashton IA March 31, 1901 and was thirty six years, ten months and eight days old at the time of her death. When she was fourteen years old her parents moved to Sheldon where she lived until she came to Rock Valley to make her home.

She was untied in marriage with Arthur Vander Sanden at Rock Valley September 18 1936, who is left to mourn. She also leaves a son, Homer, and her parents who reside at Sheldon, and three sisters and three brothers.

Funeral services were held in the First Reformed church in Rock Valley Tuesday afternoon and the remains were taken to Valley View Cemetery. The bereaved husband and son have the sincere sympathy of their many friends in their great bereavement..
