Mrs. Fred Cleveringa, 48 Dies of Cancer, Mrs. Fred Cleveringa 48, died of cancer at the Hull hospital Monday May 13. Funeral services will be held Thursday 1:30 at the house and 2:00 at the First Reformed Church in Sioux Center. Rev. Lubbers of Doon will officiate.

Mrs. Cleveringa was born in Orange City Dec 8, 1887 and in 1905 was married to Henry Vander Brake. In 1918 Mr. VandeBrake died leaving his wife and six children. Mrs. Vande Brake married Fred Cleveringa in 1920 and in 1930 became a widow for a second time. For the past three years she has born making her home with her mother in Sioux Center. Mrs. Cleveringa is survived y six children Bert, Tillie, Priscilla, Agnes, Jake and Henry.
