Robinson, Prosper born abt 1903 died Jun 1930 , buried in Greenwood Cemetery Matlock IA. (WPA Index) son of Walter and Elizabeth.

Newspaper mention of him was in the Boyden Reporter of May 13, 1926 he was living in Cherokee.

1940 census of Matlock IA Walter P. Robinson age 64 abt 1876 born in Miss., and wife Elizabeth 60 born abt 1880 in Miss.

1930 census of Matlock IA, Walter was 54, Elizabeth 48 both born Miss. Children Cecil B. 18, and Clarence 13.

1925 Iowa State Census Walter 1877 born Miss, wife Elizabeth, parents Isabel Robinson and Emily Mclauren. Her parents were Charley Hunt and Sinia Champs Children Prosper 22, Edward 18, Betty 16, Cecil 13 and Corneila 8.

Published in the Hawarden Independent of Feb 25, 1943 Deed transfers Walter Robinson and wife sold several lots in Matlock to C. W. Long which indicates they may have moved to another location.

South Dakota deaths registered a Prosper W. Robinson died 10 Jun 1930 Minnehaha Co. SD.

Walter (Prosper) Robinson age 26, a Negro, of Matlock, died in a hospital in Sioux Falls June 10th as the result of injuries received in an automobile accident. He was riding in a car with two others when struck by a truck and overturned.
