Monday night died after a brief illness at the age 83 years and about 8 months. Mr. Jan Harm Stegink, a few days ago, we saw him still walking down the street, so that he had remained able. He survived his wife about 15 months. About 10 years ago, he and his wife moved here from Kansas and has lived among us since. When we go a little early was not yet determined when and where the funeral would be. Our sympathy is with the Children.

Gesiena Berendina Vos was born 22 Nov 1850 Uelsen Bentheim, died 12 May 1916 Sioux Center IA, she was the daughter of Albert Vos and Gerritdina Boers. They married 26 Aug 1870 In Uelsen Hanover Deutschland.
